Vacancy for full time Band 8A senior CBT supervisor and LTC lead within Richmond Wellbeing Service


The Richmond Wellbeing Service is seeking to recruit an 8A senior CBT supervisor and LTC lead. The post is permanent, full time, and includes one evening/week, 12-8pm.


Richmond Wellbeing Service is a primary care IAPT and liaison service which covers the Borough of Richmond. It offers a range of stepped care interventions for people resident in the Borough presenting with common mental health problems. The service also offers treatment for people with common mental health problems co-existing with a LTC.


This is an exciting opportunity to lead the LTC programme for the Service, as well as offering Clinician of the Day, senior CBT supervision and line management to the service and to the HI team.


The post holder will be based in the Borough of Richmond, and may work from a main base and from other locations within the Borough.


The post holder will have had experience working in a primary care IAPT service, offering CBT therapeutic seminars (groups) and individual CBT to a wide range of common mental health problems. The post holder will have training and/or experience working with LTCs and with MUS, and will be able to offer training and supervision to other members of the service on LTCs/MUS.


Potholders will also have experience of Line Management, CBT supervision, and will have had experience leading on a project.
