The NHS Continuing Healthcare Team for Whittington Health in Islington, is looking for a full time (37.5 per week), permanent Band 5 Administrator to join the team.

You will be responsible for supporting the Continuing Care team by providing administrative duties required to maintain the smooth running of the team, maintaining clear systems using Care Track, Rio and NHS electronic email.


You will be responsible for organising relevant papers the Complex Needs Panel, attend panel, taking summary notes and other administrative tasks after panel. You will be responsible for pulling monthly and ad hoc service performance data and supporting the team with audits as required.


An essential component of this post is excellent communication skills in order to develop the trust and commitment of the team and other agencies. You will be required to work




Although not essential, it would be desirable if you have experience and or knowledge of the continuing care processes.








An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 5 Admini Team Leader to join our team working for Whittington Health, providing a comprehensive occupational health service for Whittington Health and other Whittington external contracts.




The post holder will be responsible for providing wide ranging administrative support to the Occupational Health Team. Duties include management of office administration and secretarial services, assisting in the maintenance and development of effective information systems and supporting the continuance of the high standards of professional practice through the Department.




Along with experience at admin supervisory/management level, you will have excellent interaction and communication skills, including empathy and the ability to prioritise and use your initiative in the face of conflicting demands.
