Band 6 Health Visitor/School Nurse Universal team

The Families’ Health and Wellbeing Service (0-19) in Staffordshire have a Vacancy for a dynamic, energetic and forward thinking Band 6 School Nurses working 30 hours (term time only) within the Moorlands district. You will demonstrate commitment, drive and enthusiasm and work towards the service vision and trust values. In return you will be professionally supported and empowered to deliver a child friendly service.

The Families’ Health and Wellbeing Service (0-19) in Staffordshire offers an integrated, flexible and family focused service providing high quality, compassionate personalised support and care to Children and Young People across Staffordshire. You will be part of a team delivering the 0-19 Healthy Child Programme for a varied, unique and diverse population, in supportive skill mix teams, working closely with our partner agencies across health, social care and the local authority. As an integrated model across the 0-19 age range we have linked closely with Keele University to offer a funded Transfer of Fields course and you may be expected to undertake this.
