Registered Nurse – Day Therapy

37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday (8.15am - 4.15pm)

Salary: £29,367per annum

We have a fantastic opportunity for an RN Level 1 to join our expanding Day Therapy Team. The successful candidate will work as part of the multi-disciplinary team, delivering palliative nursing care to patients with life-limiting illnesses. In conjunction with the Clinical Nurse Specialist – Clinical Manager the role involves line management of Palliative Nursing Assistants and will have lead responsibilities which will be identified dependant on the successful candidates skills.


The ideal candidate will be qualified Registered Nurse with extensive post registration experience and the knowledge and skills to deliver excellent individualised patient care; ideally gained within a palliative care environment. You must have excellent interpersonal, leadership, communication and problem solving skills, with the ability to use a range of IT databases.


The successful applicants will be subject to an enhanced DBS Check and must be eligible to work in the UK. Nottinghamshire Hospice is a non-smoking organisation.
