There is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Head Chef to work in our catering facility at Heatherwood Hospital, Ascot as we plan to innovate and improve our retail and restaurant opportunities.

The post holder will manage the catering operation within the Heatherwood site in collaboration with the senior catering management team from Frimley Park Hospital.

The post holder will be responsible for food production, ordering, stock control/rotation, menu forecasting, pricing structures, securing value for money within allocated budgets and staff management. The successful candidate must have the ability to work independently, be able to use their own initiative and prioritise their own workload. You will need to have excellent administration and analytical skills and have good IT knowledge. Appropriate support and training will be provided to the successful candidate.
