We require a friendly, enthusiastic and patient-focused individual to join the Adult Mental Health Crisis Team.  The role is based at Wildwood, County Hall – Worcester.  

You will have recent, relevant administrative/secretarial experience and knowledge of a range of secretarial procedures. Also detailed knowledge of Microsoft Office:  Word / Excel / Outlook with Intermediate IT skills that may be tested at interview.

Applicants should be educated to academic Level 2  (e.g.: GCSE Grade A-C, NVQ2, OCR/RSA2, City and Guilds 2) in a Business/ Administration related subject Or considerable recent NHS administrative experience and will be expected to undertake the relevant level 2 qualification on appointment to post.

Applicants are required to have excellent organisational skills to provide admin support to Crisis Team. Excellent communication skills are required to effectively liaise with a wide range of professionals and patients. 

This post will suit an administrator with sound clerical experience and with a proven track record of being able to work accurately and to deadlines in a confidential manner.  The role will require being the point of contact for the Crisis Team, managing phone calls and workload simultaneously.

The working pattern for this role currently will be Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. The ability to travel across the county may occasionally be required.

The Trust offers a preceptorship year for newly qualified nurses and AHP's and attendance at preceptorship programmes is a condition of employment.
