2 Part-Time medical receptionists required for a busy, friendly GP surgery in Acomb, York.

Post 1 - 13.5 hours per week  permanent contract

Post 2 - 11 hours per week fixed term maternity contract ending January 2020


Do you have a good standard of education, IT and excellent customer service skills?

Are you friendly, enthusiastic, conscientious with a professional approach, attention to detail and a good team player?

Main duties are to provide a professional efficient and effective service to our patients, dealing with telephone and face to face enquiries, booking appointments and processing prescription requests.

The flexibility to provide cover for sickness and annual leave is essential for these roles.

A knowledge of medical terminology or previous experience in a health care organisation is desirable.

In house training will be provided.

Minimum GCSE Grade C in Maths and English.
