The Role

An opportunity has arisen for a Workforce Information and Systems Advisor to join our team at George Eliot Hospital Nuneaton. This role will support senior managers and departments to report on their HR and Workforce statistics. This is an exciting time as we are currently rolling out ESR Manager and Employee Self Service across the Trust and the successful candidate will be a key member of the project team. On a day to day basis you will be supervising the work of the Workforce Information Team and working closely with the Workforce Information and Planning Manager to develop a gold standard information and system service.
