An opportunity has arisen for enthusiastic individuals to join our innovative and busy Clinical Applications Support Team. This is a diverse role, working closely with other members of the team you will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, testing and supporting the Trust’s clinical systems.

We are looking for individuals with excellent communication skills, the ability to work well under pressure, previous experience of supporting and/or configuring IT systems and the commitment to developing a first class, customer focused service.

 

Applicants should be educated to a Level 3 qualification, e.g. NVQ, A Level, City & Guilds, in a relevant subject and have GCSE (Grade A-C) or equivalent in English Language and maths.

PLEASE NOTE: All new appointments are subject to 6 months’ probation period.

**If the position being applied for requires a DBS check to be undertaken on you, it will be a condition of your employment that you have subscribed and continue to subscribe to the DBS Update Service. New employees to the Trust are required to pay the fee for the initial DBS check (this will be deducted from their first months’ salary) and the annual subscription (£13) to the DBS Update Service. The Trust offers a preceptorship year for newly qualified nurses and AHP's and attendance at preceptorship programmes is a condition of employment.
