Contracts Administrator - Band 4

Full time - 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am-5pm

Base: Mid Essex CCG - Chelmsford (Post holders will be expected to travel between CCG/Provider sites across the STP footprint as required)

Are you an experienced administrator with an eye for detail? Are you able to take accurate minutes of meetings, maintain action logs, and liaise with various stakeholders?

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Contracts Administrator within the Contracting Team. We are looking for a motivated individual who is an excellent team player with a flexible approach, who is able to adapt to any situation and be able to re-prioritise their workload under pressure.

The Contracts Administrator will provide the Contracting Team with high quality administrative and secretarial support to the senior management, including taking accurate minutes of contract meetings, preparing action logs, drafting correspondence and other associated contract documentation, and compiling meeting papers.

The role is ideal for someone who has strong communication skills.

This is a fantastic opportunity to learn about NHS contracting and commissioning processes in a dynamic organisation.
