CCG Estates Lead, Mid Essex & Basildon & Brentwood Band 8a

As the Mid Essex and Basildon & Brentwood CCG Estates Lead the post holder will work as part of the STP in delivering an effective service in coordinating and collating documentation, information and data to further develop the Mid and South Essex Primary Care Estates Strategy reflecting the views, strategic ambitions and changing models of care across the health economy.

 

Delivering an effective service in providing technical design and compliance input, the post holder will also ensure that primary care funding applications are fully completed, robust and are submitted with the necessary due diligence information.

 

The role supports the NHS in driving transformation as well as value for money in planning, commissioning and service delivery. The role is designed to build a combination of subject matter expertise and technical skills to enable the post holder to represent the impact and needs of the NHS in response to changing models of care, development growth and changing demographics.

 

The role will require a close working relationship with stakeholders at all levels across the STP. Greater development of joint working and information sharing will help to develop an evidence base to support bid submissions to secure the funding required to deliver the objectives of the STP Estates Plan.
