CHC Nurse Assessor - Band 6

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic & experienced registered nurse to join the Continuing Healthcare Team and help deliver our vision for Continuing Healthcare in Mid Essex.

 

The Nurse Assessor will work under the guidance and support of the Clinical Team Lead to implement the National Service Framework for NHS Continuing Healthcare and NHS funded Nursing Care for residents in Mid Essex. He/she will promote best practice and provide professional advice to nursing homes and other providers, promoting good relationships and liaising with colleagues from other disciplines both internally and externally to the CCG.

 

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication & assessment skills. They will be able to show an excellent approach to problem solving and the ability to prioritise their own workload. The successful candidate will need to have a flexible approach, be a keen team player who enjoys working within a busy environment.If you wish to join our friendly team, we would welcome your application.
