The Role

A substantive opportunity has arisen within the Capacity Team for an enthusiastic Band 7 Clinical Site Manager to join this developing team. We are currently looking for highly motivated, flexible and dynamic senior nurse who would like to be part of a team that is dedicated to maximizing safe patient flow through our hospitals and ensuring achievement of our operational performance and resilience targets.

The successful candidate will need to have excellent communication and clinical skills to ensure the safety of our patients and to provide clinical and managerial support when needed most. The post holder will be required to attend medical emergencies, cardiac arrests, fire alarms & security incidents throughout the Trust providing senior nursing input and ensuring that correct procedures and policies are followed to maximize safety.

Applicants must have experience as a Band 6 or above experience in acute/ critical care/ ED settings. We will provide a friendly and professional environment for you to work in and will assist you in your ongoing professional development. Support will be given to develop site management skills for any applicant that does not have any previous site management experience.
