An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, proactive, innovative and motivated person to join the Community Health and Social Care Team in Holsworthy Hospital.

You will have a professional approach, excellent interpersonal and communications skills, be well organised with the ability to work on your own initiative, and manage your own workload as well as being able to work within a team environment. You will also have a flexible and adaptable approach to working and have a positive attitude and contribute to new ways of working.

You will also be able to demonstrate the ability to deal with challenging situations in a professional and confidential manner.

To provide business support, administrative leadership and general office management to deliver a high quality, comprehensive administrative/co-ordination service, including support all Community clinical teams, Day Treatment Unit and outpatients you will be required to deliver a very high standard of customer service, you will also need to be competent with IT as electronic is an essential part of the role.

Be able to travel is essential.

The job description indicates the scope of the administrative support required across the two hospitals. It should be noted that the post holder may be required to work across other sites as required.
