We are looking for an Assistant Practice Manager/IT Lead with excellent IT, organisational & interpersonal skills to work alongside the practice manager.

You will need strong communication skills at all levels, you will enjoy setting up systems, embrace change and able to work to tight deadlines. This is a busy and varied role which would suit someone who rises to challenges and enjoys change & the management of them. You will need to be capable of working autonomously and have good attention to detail.

Ideally you will have healthcare/social care experience however more importantly you will be enthusiastic, flexible, hardworking, a natural leader who learns quickly and enjoys diversity.

In return you will have the opportunity to learn all aspects of primary care healthcare management, to further professionally develop and work within a strong forward thinking team.

The position includes:

  • Salary dependent on experience
  • NHS Pension scheme,
  • 30 – 37.5 hours per week,
  • 25 days leave + bank holidays (pro rata part time)
