Arthroplasty Fellow

Salary Scale equivalent to MN37 with 1B banding

12 month contract

We are seeking applications for an Arthroplasty Fellow for our 12 month post commencing in February 2020.

We welcome applications from any ST3+ equivalent doctor who is looking for looking to gain experience in an arthroplasty setting (including registrars looking for post CCT experience).

In addition to direct clinical experience the role provides a suitable environment to increase publications and to develop research skills, with dedicated time each week to participate in a research clinic and play a key role in progressing research programmes and trials to publication

This is not an approved training post.

Applicants must be able to demonstrate a satisfactory level of basic general surgery and orthopaedic surgery competence and basic pre-operative and post-operative care. Advanced Trauma Life Support accreditation is essential.
