A key leadership role has arisen within one of the UK’s largest NHS Hospital Trusts

 

The Imaging Department at North Bristol Trust is seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to lead the Ultrasound team. The service carries out approx. 61,000 examinations per year.

 

The Ultrasound department is busy and dynamic and has a 10 Ultrasound rooms located over 4 sites. 6 of the rooms are on the main Southmead site. The sonographers perform and independently report on a wide range of investigations including upper and lower abdominal scans, Gynaecological scans, small parts, some of the team also undertake MSK or head and neck Imaging. The sonographers also support the early pregnancy clinic but do not undertake Obstetric scans.

 

Applicants for this post must have been working in Ultrasound and be able to demonstrate extensive experience in a lead role.
