An opportunity has arisen for a enthusiastic and motivated Rotational Pharmacy Technician to join our forward thinking, patient focused team based at Northern Devon Healthcare Trust. This vacancy is suitable for individuals looking for variety within hospital pharmacy.

This is a rotational post where the successful candidate will be working in both the dispensary and the technical services department as well as assisting with the provision of clinical trial medication.

Applicants will need to hold the relevant NVQ level 3 and BTEC or equivalent qualifications. You will need to be registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council. It is desirable that you will also be an accredited accuracy checking technician or be willing to work towards this qualification.

You will need to have excellent communication skills with good attention to detail and be happy working flexibly within a team.

The successful applicant will be required to work on the weekend and Bank Holiday rota.
