Leeds Cares is an independent charity situated in Leeds working in collaboration with a range of health care providers including Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust.

We are looking to recruit an ambitious, highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Business Development Team in a supporting role which provides information and advice.

The successful candidate will work closely with a number of stakeholders therefore communication skills are key and as an active member of the charity team you will be required to secure support from all areas and engaged in maintaining relationships with individual fundraisers, hospital staff and community groups.

We are seeking an individual with a flexible approach to working, a positive attitude to change and a ‘can do’ approach to problem solving. The successful individual will have excellent communication skills and the ability to present to a broad range of people internally and externally.

The Charity will administer the DBS check on your behalf and will recover the cost (Enhanced £48 or Standard £30) from your salary over a 3 month period.
