Wiltshire CCG is seeking an enthusiastic, conscientious Digital Support Officer with an interest in project delivery and digital technologies. The post holder will work as part of a dynamic team to deliver an effective service supporting managers and staff in the Digital Team.


The post holder will work as part of a dynamic team to provide the support and expertise to help the CCG to deliver transformational digital changes to providers, partner organisations and wider afield. The Digital Support Officer will contribute to the provision of an efficient, effective and high quality professional and well-coordinated Digital Team.


The post holder will:


  • Provide project and administrative support functions to the Digital Transformation Manager and the wider Digital Team.

  • Support the CCG to deliver digital initiatives and change across the Wiltshire locality.

  • Have experience of administrating teams, project management, excellent IT and communication skills.

  • Contribute to the development and delivery of Wiltshire CCG digital project and programmes of work.

  • Manage the team’s website, stakeholder forums, groups, meetings and events.

  • Produce and review documents for presentation at project and programme boards.


    You will be organised, adaptable, keen to learn and able to demonstrate high levels of accuracy and attention to detail in your work.     Core working hours will be 37.5 hours per week (excluding lunch) and the successful candidate will be expected to manage that time effectively depending on the requirements of the role. Wiltshire CCG also provides the following benefits to its employees:
