Outpatient Clerk

£17,460 to £18,702 per annum pro rata

Various permanent and fixed-term part-time opportunities have arisen within our busy Outpatient Department. These roles contribute to the provision of a professional administration and reception service to all our Outpatient clinics and users including patients, relatives and colleagues.

The following posts are available (please note these shifts are not negotiable);

Post 1 (Permanent): 20 hours per week – Mon 14:00-20:00; Wed 08:30-17:00; Fri 14:00-20:00

Post 2 (Permanent): 22.5 hours per week – Mon 09:00-17:00; Wed 09:00-17:00; Fri 09:00-17:00

Post 3 (Fixed Term for 9 months from 28/5/19): 22.5 hours per week – Wed 08:30-16:30; Thurs 08:30-16:30; Fri 08:30-16:30

Post 4 (Fixed Term for 12 months) 30 hours per week – Mon 09:00-17:00; Tues 12:00-20:00; Wed 09:00-17:00; Thurs 12:00-20:00

In line with other NHS Organisations in the Yorkshire and Humber Region a successful candidate appointed into a post within this Trust will be required to pay the DBS check fee (£49). This is customarily payable over 4 months as a salary deduction once employed by the Trust. If you receive a conditional offer letter, complete your DBS application and later withdraw from the recruitment process, an invoice will be raised via the Trust's finance department to recoup the outlay.
