We are seeking an experienced Administrator to provide professional administrative support to the Single Point of Access Team.

You should have significant proven experience with excellent organisational and communication skills. Key responsibilities for this role include referral management and monitoring, telephone management and supporting the clinical team on a day to day basis. You will be expected to prioritise tasks as well as use your initiative and organise your own time.

You should have a Level 3 Qualification in a Business Administration related subject and GSCE (Grade A-C) or equivalent in English Language or you should be educated to academic Level 2 with considerable recent NHS Administrative experience and will be expected to undertake the relevant Level 3 qualification on appointment to post.

New employees to the Trust are required to pay the fee for the initial DBS check (this will be deducted from their first months’ salary) and the annual subscription (£13) to the DBS Update Service. The Trust offers a preceptorship year for newly qualified nurses and AHP's and attendance at preceptorship programmes is a condition of employment.
