We are looking to recruit an experienced and enthusiastic person with a broad range of secretarial and administrative skills to support the Specialist Services Division which is responsible for delivering a wide range of services covering Sexual Health, Dental, Podiatry, Bladder & Bowel and the Sexual Assault Referral Centre.

This role is part of a job share and the applicant must have good organisational skills, be able to prioritise work and work closely with the Business Support Team Administrator in being able to deliver efficient administrative support to the Senior Management Team and Service Leads.

A key element of the role will be diary management, minute taking, arranging meetings and resolving diary conflicts in order to ensure optimal efficient use of managers' time. You must have good communication skills and be able to communicate at all levels and the ability to use own initiative and work well as part of a team.
