ODP/ Anaesthetic Nurse Band 5 (Enhanced Band 5 to 6 pathway)

Royal Papworth Hospital is moving to a State-of-the-Art New Hospital in 2019. In preparation we are looking to expand our team. Are you a motivated and enthusiastic individual looking for a new direction and challenge?

If so our theatre department is looking for Registered ODPs or Anaesthetic nurses with a University accredited anaesthetic qualification at Level 6 to join our dynamic and friendly team. A successful candidate’s role will include the care of the patient undergoing anaesthesia including the preparation of specialist equipment for various types of cardio-thoracic procedures. In addition to this you will be trained to support the theatre team throughout surgery and also to complement our Transplant, PTE, VAD and ECMO services.
