Intermediate Care Services:

Join our innovative and expanding Intermediate Care teams in the London Boroughs of Lambeth and Southwark, where our award-winning services are driven by our integrated and multi-disciplinary approach to Health and Social Care.

We work closely together to provide the highest possible level of clinical expertise and care to our clients to prevent admission to hospital, help people get home as soon as possible and optimise independence.

We are looking for Senior Specialist (Band 7) Occupational Therapists to lead and motivate our clinically-led holistic Rapid/Urgent Response and Supported Discharge Teams.

You will have responsibility for the assessment and rehabilitation of your own caseload as well as providing supervision and leadership to more junior staff. This post will allow you to develop and utilise your specialist clinical skills in the management of people with complex health and social care needs whilst providing you with an excellent opportunity to develop your leadership skills and participate in wider service development.
