The Trust provides support for all healthcare support workers to complete mandatory training including the Care Certificate and a Clinical Apprenticeship. We also offer a progression pathway for the right candidate, giving training and support to advance to more senior positions.

This post will initially be based in Papworth Everard and will be based at the Cambridge Biomedical Campus after the Hospital moves.

 

Selection Day takes place from 08:45 until 16:00. The selection process includes a literacy & numeracy test, a written exercise, a scenario, group and individual interviews.
