We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and reliable individual with a flexible approach to work. This is a key ‘front office’ position and the successful candidate will enjoy the challenge of assisting customers and must possess an excellent, professional telephone manner.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are fundamental to the post with the ability to positively interact with patients and healthcare professionals alike. You will also be required to work well within a team.
We would expect the candidate to have a flexible approach to work, have good IT skills and demonstrate an understanding of good customer care techniques..

The hours of work will be Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:00am to 5:00pm, on a rota basis.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
