An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to join the Clinical Support Services Team, based on reception at our Corporate Head Office, Thames House, Teddington.


We are seeking to appoint a dynamic individual to work within our fast-paced service. Applicants should be able to demonstrate evidence of their organisational skills, be a committed team player with the ability to prioritise their own workload, and work well under pressure. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential with the role requiring high levels of face-to-face and telephone communication. Good IT skills are essential with outlook, word and excel.


The Thames House reception Team provides a daily service from 8:00am to 17:15pm, five days a week, except on bank holidays. This role is to support the Corporate offices and the Kingston & Richmond Clinical Commissioning Group to deliver an excellent service to members of the public, support Adult and Children’s Clinical Services and other external organisations. the role is based in Thames House.


The successful applicant must be flexible, adaptable, and have a willingness to take direction and embrace change as and when required. The ability to use initiative when dealing with unexpected situations is also an advantage.


A full Induction and training will be provided on commencement.
