Opportunities have arisen for registered nurses to join our 29 bedded Acute Medical /care elderly ward on Capener.

We are looking to recruit people who are dynamic, friendly and compassionate who would like to join our lovely team, and support us in delivering high quality patient centred care for patients with medical needs.

All applicants will need to be excited by a new challenge and passionate about working as a team in Acute Medicine and elderly care.

If you are a registered nurse and ready for this challenge in medicine this post could be for you.

All posts include a commitment to work days, nights, weekends and bank holidays. Part time posts considered

Newly qualified will be offered a preceptorship programme.

Our teams of care professionals work with patients and their families to support peoples’ independence, health and wellbeing. We provide support to avoid hospital admissions, and if an admission is necessary, we try to make each patient’s stay in hospital as short and effective as possible before working with them on a safe discharge home.
