We are looking for registered Health Visitors who are innovative, motivated, and enthusiastic, and want to make a real difference improving outcomes for children and families in Devon. You will work within a corporate teams and be rostered to work in the Single Point of Access hub covering a defined geographical area. Led by Team Leaders and with the support of various dedicated health professionals, including Health visitors, School nurses and community health workers we strive to deliver an excellent service to the Children, young people and their families living in our Community.

You will be required to lead and manage changing and challenging work load priorities. You will work in close partnership with community, voluntary and statutory agencies; multiagency working and safeguarding children will be an integral part of your role.

Successful candidates will receive a full induction, preceptorship, safeguarding and clinical supervision; applications from newly qualified Health Visitors are welcomed.

The posts are based across Devon including Eastern, Exeter, North and Southern areas and include both full and part time hours.
