We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and self-motivated qualified nurse to a Community Staff Nurse post within the Goole and Wes Wolds Locality to work within City Health Care Partnership CIC providing holistic high quality care to a dedicated client group. The post holder must be a first level registered nurse or working towards final assessment to achieve first level registration, with excellent communication skills. Community experience, palliative or wound care management experience would be an advantage.

You will be joining a dynamic and proactive nursing team working in partnership with associated health and social care providers. This is an ideal opportunity for those who enjoy developing new ways of working and working under their own initiative.

The ability to commute within CHCP CIC's geographical areas with access to appropriate means of transport is essential.
