An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 4 Associate Practitioner to join the bladder and bowel health service team. The Bladder and Bowel Service is looking for an experienced forward thinking, enthusiastic individual who can demonstrate commitment, drive and passion in the field of bladder and bowel dysfunction. The successful candidate will be joining a specialist team who provide a high quality level of clinical skill and evidence based care, this new integrated role will cover Hull and the East Riding of Yorkshire.

Full time 37.5hrs, consolidation of hours can be considered
