Working together across Humber, Coast and Vale

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the Quality Improvement Governance and Compliance Team for CHCP. The post holder will lead and bring together the patient safety, clinical quality improvement, safeguarding, infection control and research elements as part of a wider team. Following a review of our team and functions last year this post is crucial in influencing and supporting our community services and teams across CHCP in the delivery of the safeguarding, quality and improvement agenda.

We are looking for an individual with proven quality improvement experience who will work with a wide range of stakeholders across a large geographical area, providing visible leadership. This is a dynamic role that requires an exceptional individual with experience of leading, inspiring and developing high-performing teams, building strong and effective relationships, with the capability to respond effectively to new issues and challenges. The role includes building processes and an environment where clinical data and intelligence is used to support continuous clinical improvement and patient safety as part of CHCP’s overall Quality Strategy and strategic objectives.
