City Health Care Partnership is looking to recruit to an Operations Manager for Hull & East Riding Stroke Rehabilitation Service. The individual will be responsible for the operational management of Hull & East Riding Community Stroke Services and will be responsible for providing clinical and professional leadership to ensure the delivery of high quality, responsive services which meet the clinical needs of population it is serving.

The successful candidate would need to be able to demonstrate key leadership skills, be innovative and creative.  They would need to lead the team through change as continuous service improvement and development is key to providing safe, efficient, effective services. The lead maybe from a nursing and or allied health professional background, and a working knowledge of multi-disciplinary teams and management would be essential.
