We provide a large number of mental and physical health services. Poor physical and mental health are linked and our ambition is for people to have their physical and mental health problems identified, assessed and treated at the same time.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Quality Improvement Team at West London NHS Trust. The new Quality Improvement Programme Support Officer role will work directly with the Trust Head of quality improvement, and wider trust quality improvement experts playing a pivotal role in developing an organisation-wide approach to continuous improvement.

 

 

 

We are looking to recruit a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team with exceptional organisational skills and an ability to oversee and deliver elements of our growing Quality Improvement Programme. The successful candidate will have some experience of working with both internal and external trust partners and coordinating complex pieces of work or projects.

 

 

 

The role will involve working directly with teams and services to support quality improvement activity and take a lead on key administrative programme tasks. They will take a lead in coordinating our trust QI training programme, working with the wider QI team to ensure consistent delivery.

 

 

 

The nature of the role will require travel across the geography of the Trust.
