An opportunity has arisen to join our dynamic Transformation Team in Teddington as a Clinical Transformation Project Lead.

 

We are a team within HRCH working closely with clinicians, service managers, the corporate team, commissioners and external partners to deliver a range of exciting and fast paced projects to make a real difference to patient care.

 

The successful candidate will assist in the development of a range of clinical projects, including the wider programme on Locality Working being undertaken by the Trust. They will take responsibility for outlining the detailed project plans, ensuring that there is engagement from all key stakeholders and delivering the projects to the agreed milestones. They will ensure that projects are progressed delivering outcome focused, preventative and proactive care.

 

Experience in clinical care is desirable but not essential, but you will need to understand clinical systems and services.

 

The success of this programme will require skills in persuasion, negotiation and motivation with the ability to engage in the change process to deliver service improvement and redesign.
