This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the South West London Newborn Hearing Screening Programme. We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and well organised administrator to join our team in SW London. You will be required to provide a range of administrative support and act as a first point of contact for the team.

 

A team player with excellent written and spoken communication skills, you will be well organised, able to type accurately, input data and able to work without supervision. A good telephone manner and IT skills are also essential for this post. Previous experience of using databases is desirable but not essential as full training will be given.

 

Applicants must be educated to GCSE level and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as good computer skills.

 

Based at Teddington and may be required to travel throughout the SW London sector for meetings.

 

The post is 18 hours per week: Monday, Wednesday and Fridays.
