Training & Governance Administrator

Mountain Healthcare Ltd is looking for a Training & Governance Administrator to support the provision of Police custodial healthcare services to our customers, by supporting the business and its staff.

Mountain Healthcare provides specialist forensic medical services to the Police and NHS. Our services range from forensic and healthcare support within Police Custody suites, to the highly sensitive management and support of victims of rape and sexual assault.


Due to recent growth we require an enthusiastic and ambitious administrator to support the training team with the arrangement and coordination of events, in addition to facilitating the onboarding process for new employees and producing reports.

Tasks will include (but are not limited to); liaising with new employees to ensure they feel supported, coordinating training days, writing reports and uploading training content to the business’ online training platform.


The successful applicant will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to prioritise a busy workload and be familiar with a range of Microsoft Office Applications, particularly Excel and Word.

You will work hand in hand with the Education and Training Matron, the Director of Nurse (for Custody), the HR Department and other Senior Managers and Directors to ensure the highest quality service is provided.

The role will predominantly be based from the Education and Training Centre based in Stevenage, however, travel to various locations across Thames Valley, Surrey and the West Midlands will be required to fulfil role requirements.
