We are seeking to recruit enthusiastic and committed staff to work within an established and integrated enablement service with an Outstanding Accreditation from CQC. You will provide short term high quality services to people within their own homes across North East Lincolnshire. The service is dependent on having a robust multi-skilled team responsible for ensuring we get the best possible outcomes by working in partnership with service users; carers; families and our health colleagues.

The role also includes working with therapy programmes and ensuring that we promote an individual’s independence at all times. We support people between the hours of 7am and 11 p.m. on a flexible rota including week-ends and bank holidays.

It is essential you have at least 1 years’ experience of supporting people and have the ability to transport self and equipment around the North East Lincolnshire area. You must have an NVQ 2/QCF qualification in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification or willing to work towards this. You must have excellent customer care skills and be able to meet the demands of a busy service. You will also be expected to prioritise your own work load as the demands of the service dictate. A robust understanding of the importance of promoting independence is essential. You will need to be familiar with the principles of confidentiality, dignity, respect and health and well-being at all times.
