BANK STAFF NURSE

Band: 5

Salary: £23,023 - £29,608 per annum pro rata

Hours: Bank (Zero hours)

Locations: All Community Hospitals - North Cotswolds Hospital, Moreton-In-Marsh, The Dilke and Lydney, Stroud, Cirencester, Tewkesbury Community Hospitals

In order to ensure that we support our substantive staff we are looking for Nurses who wish to work additional hours on our Bank. This will allow us to release our staff nurses for further development and to ensure the department is staffed to our ‘safe staffing level’.

We are looking for people with passion and commitment to their profession, who hold patient experience at the heart of their nursing practice and share our organisational values. All of this will feature largely in our short-listing and selection criteria.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and hold the patient experience and care at the heart of their nursing practice. If you possess the passion and commitment needed to deliver a great patient experience, and share our organisational values, looking to make a change or want to earn extra money, we would like to hear from you!

This post is subject to an enhanced DBS check with an Adult Barring check and successful candidates are expected to undertake this at their own cost and sign up to the DBS update service.

Interview Date: We are able to offer a number of interviews on the day of the career fair but will also be interviewing at a later date. Please indicate as part of your application whether you will be attending the event and if you wish to be interviewed on the day. Interviews will be subject to short-listing criteria being met.
