We are looking to recruit an experienced, dynamic and enthusiastic health care assistant to work within the Goole and West Wolds Community Nursing Team who has had recent health care setting experience . We are looking for a HCA with excellent communication skills, who is dynamic and motivated to care for our service users with kindness, compassion and empathy.

A willingness to engage in personal professional development to meet the needs of our service users is essential.

You will be joining a dynamic and proactive nursing team working in partnership with associated health and social care providers. This is an ideal opportunity for those who enjoy developing new ways of working.

We currently provide services 7 days per week inclusive of bank holidays and our operational hours are 8am -8pm on a rota basis.

The ability to commute within CHCP CIC's geographical areas with access to appropriate means of transport is essential.
