Band 4 Senior Administrator 37.5 hours a week Single Point of Access (SPA), based in Woking, Surrey . The Single Point of Access is an exciting new service based in Woking. It will be the single point of contact for all referrals for CSH Surrey, North West Surrey Community Services. The Centre is operational between 8am to 6pm. Administrators work two shift patterns of 8am-4pm and 10am-6pm. We are looking for a Senior Administrator to manage the SPA team. Supervisory experience is essential to this role. The successful applicant will need to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication, together with strong interpersonal and I.T.skills. The post holder would need to ensure the team are providing a high level of administrative support to clinical services across North West Surrey managing all Referral related work. This will include liaising with clinicians, clients, referring parties and other administrative teams. Referrals, referral related enquiries and first appointment bookings will be processed through the SPA. The service has a future plan to extend opening hours between 8am -8pm, 7 days a week so there will be an expectation of the post holder to be available at weekends and evenings.

Successful applicants, who have not worked for CSH within the last 12 months, will receive an amount of £2000 paid in 2 instalments - £1000 upon commencement and a further £1000 following successful completion of probation.
