Brief Description of the Role:

 

We have a vacancy for an enthusiastic and diligent study administrator to work on the Born in Bradford research study. The study administrator will play a key role in assisting the Community Research Assistants and Research Administrators to ensure the smooth running of the Born in Bradford study. This will helps us to achieve the objectives of the different research grants currently being run by Born in Bradford. Born in Bradford is one of the largest research studies in the World, tracking the lives of over 30,000 Bradfordians to find out what influences the health and wellbeing of families. We use our findings to develop new and practical ways to work with families and health professionals to improve the health and wellbeing of our communities.

 

The postholder will be responsible for collating and accurately recording information on participants in order for them to assist with preparing documents and equipment for research visits, as well as assisting the Research Administrators to carry out Administrative duties for staff within Born in BradfordHe/she will work alongside the Born in Bradford team in helping to maintain and keep records up to date and filing and organising files.

 

The postholder will be organised and able to work under their own initiative to meet tight deadlines, as well as having an approachable and friendly manner.
