We are looking for a newly qualified or experienced Clinical Scientist to take on a senior role in Paediatric Audiology across Mid Cheshire. The successful candidate will join an experienced, friendly team who are keen to maintain a high quality service.

 

Clinical duties include behavioural & electrophysiological testing for babies and children, with support from a senior audiologist or an experienced clinic assistant. The candidate will also lead paediatric hearing aid fitting and review appointments.

 

The ideal candidate will be friendly and approachable with a proactive attitude to service development. They will be keen to learn and share knowledge with colleagues. They will strive to continue providing a family-friendly service that meets the needs of the local population.

 

Due to the nature of the role, we would like someone who demonstrates excellent communication & interpersonal skills with other professionals and service users.

 

The Paediatric Audiology service is well staffed, with up to date diagnostic equipment and new facilities. There are robust, and regularly reviewed, standard operating procedures in place and the team is part of a strong governance culture within the Trust. The NHSP team are consistently performing above PHE expectations and won the Team of the Year award in 2016.

Dene Drive Health Centre, Winsford

Victoria Infirmary, Northwich
