Apprentice Marketing Assistant (Health & Social Care)

37.5 hours per week (Monday – Friday)

FIXED TERM for 18 months

Would you like to play a part in the continued success of a national award winning Rehabilitation Service?

This is an exciting opportunity to work in the Hope Specialist Falls and Respiratory Service, which provides a patient-centred one stop shop for people with chronic respiratory diseases such as Chronic Bronchitis and Emphysema (COPD) and older people at risk of falls. From its inception, the service has been designed and developed through a co-production approach between a multi-disciplinary specialist team and its users and offers individually tailored and holistic assessment, treatment, rehabilitation and education within a community setting.

You will provide administrative and marketing support to the service, dealing with members of the public on a day-to-day basis, both in person and by telephone and providing a comprehensive range of clerical services. You will work daily with our large team of Hope volunteers, providing support and supervision, allocating work and identifying any training and development needs.

For this role it is essential that you have:

  • the motivation and commitment to work towards relevant Level 3 Apprenticeship standard
  • effective communication and organisational skills
  • effective customer care skills
  • experience of working in an administrative environment
  • effective use of Microsoft Office
