Estates Operational Admin Assistant Sheffield Children’s NHS Foundation Trust Estates Department currently provides an in-house service provision for the Trusts Estate portfolio of facilities. We provide a comprehensive Estates & Maintenance service to the wider organisation and strive to continually improve our services. We now have an opportunity to recruit an Estates Operational Admin Assistant whose duties will be to carry out a wide variety of administration& reception duties based with the Estates Operations & Maintenance Department. For specific scope of this role please consult the job description and the person specification. You should hold a NVQ Level 4 in Business Administration qualification and meet the essential qualification requirements, as detailed on the person specification. You will have good communication skills with the ability to be self-motivated and flexible. In line with other NHS Organisations in the Yorkshire and Humber Region a successful candidate appointed into a post within this Trust will be required to pay the DBS check fee (£49). This is customarily payable over 4 months as a salary deduction once employed by the Trust. If you receive a conditional offer letter, complete your DBS application and later withdraw from the recruitment process, an invoice will be raised via the Trust's finance department to recoup the outlay.
