An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, motivated and highly dynamic Paediatric nurse to join our allergy nursing team.

Two years post registration experience is essential.

You will be expected to work in tandem with other allergy nurse specialists as well as being part of a multidisciplinary team.  Supporting allergy clinics, providing high levels of holistic allergy care and education to the child/young person/family, with diseases across the atopic spectrum. You must also be confident to work within day care environment.

You will also be able to develop & learn new skills, for example performing oral food & drug challenges; skin prick testing & interpreting the results; recognising the signs of anaphylaxis which are all skills essential to the role.

This post is full time, Monday to Friday, flexible to meet the needs of the service.

This is customarily payable over 4 months as a salary deduction once employed by the Trust. If you receive a conditional offer letter, complete your DBS application and later withdraw from the recruitment process, an invoice will be raised via the Trust's finance department to recoup the outlay.
