We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, experienced and committed Senior Staff Nurse.

 

Are you highly motivated, enthusiastic and forward thinking? Do you have excellent communication skills and the ability to lead and motivate nursing staff to provide high quality patient focused care? Are you committed to the care of older people? If so we could have the perfect job for you! Elgar House is a centre of enablement and We are experts in frailty, dementia, complex discharge planning, end of life care and multi-disciplinary team working. We are the best performing ward for discharges within medicine.

 

Our Complex Care Wards in Elgar House provide compassionate and elderly care. Elgar 1 and 2 are 38 bedded units which practice and promote enablement.

 

The successful candidate will be an experienced nurse with the vision and passion to help deliver high quality patient care. Being a good team player they will work with the Ward Manager, Matron, Senior Nurses & Divisional Management Team to help foster good communication and improved processes to enhance the patient pathway. This is a demanding but very rewarding role within a Trust that is committed to the ongoing development of its staff.
