Both hospitals within our Trust—Chelsea and Westminster Hospital and West Middlesex University Hospital—were rated as ‘Good’ overall.

Our Trust was awarded an ‘Outstanding’ rating for ‘use of resources’ by an NHS Improvement inspection which was completed during the same period as the CQC assessment.

The Role


General Manager - Imaging and Medical Photography, Band 8d

Clinical Support Division is currently looking to appoint an experienced manager with a proven track record of successful operational and change management to join an enthusiastic and dynamic senior team. In addition to this you must be demonstrate strong leadership skills and staff management in line with our Trust values.

The post holder will be the operational lead for Imaging and Medical Photography building and maintaining excellent multi –disciplinary consultant relations to ensure that the service delivery meets clinical requirements and to ensure sessional use is maximised. To be responsible for effective and regulatory / statutory compliant Radiation Safety Management for the Directorate.

You must be able to demonstrate excellent problem solving skills and be able to cope with conflicting pressures.

This is an opportunity for a talented individual to join Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and ensure operational delivery of the directorate business plan, including the achievement of performance and financial targets, with a consistent focus on the highest standards of treatment and care.

The successful candidate will participate in the senior manager on-call rota and will work across both Hospital Sites.
