Training and Development Manager

 

Band 6 £28,050 - £36,644

 

We have exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Training and Development Manager who will be responsible for delivering training and development opportunities to our teams working within FM Operational Services.

Responsibilities will include:-

 

    • Identifying business requirements for Learning & Development. Design, deliver and implement training interventions and programmes across the FM departments.

 

    • Identifying the learning needs of individuals and groups across the Facilities

 

    • Provide coaching and performance management across the Facilities department.

 

    • Work with stakeholders across the trust to establish and implement L&D plans in conjunction with the Training Manager across the business.

 

Skills Required

 

    • CIPD qualification in Learning & Development or equivalent business qualification

 

Instructional design methodology - (analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation)

 

    • Demonstrate previous experience of providing strong influential, networking and interpersonal skills at all levels.

 

    • Good knowledge and application of training theory, models and methods.

 

    • Will have experience in delivering across various training platforms (individual, classroom instruction, on-line training, blended learning etc.)

 

    • Customer focused and commercial aware to deliver outstanding results.

 

    • Ability to effectively plan, organise and manage multi tasks.

 

    • Proven experience in designing, developing and delivering blended learning and training.
